WOOD, Robert Clinton

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Wood on February 25, 2020.

He was a loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his two sons Murray (Shannon) and Jim (Shelley) and four grandchildren Adam (Cassidy), Patrick (Ashleigh), Eric and Joe as well as two great grandchildren Elizabeth and Tom.

Robert lived and worked much of his life in Edmonton. In his later years Robert moved from Edmonton to Slave Lake. Robert was an avid sports fan, loving baseball and hockey. In summer he enjoyed gardening (tomatoes). Robert was predeceased by his wife Patricia in 1999. His family will miss him greatly.

Respecting Robert’s wishes, there will be no service but we invite you to remember this kind gentleman and celebrate his life in your own way.

Many thanks go out to the wonderful, caring staff at Vanderwell lodge, the Slave Lake Long Term Care Centre and the Slave Lake Hospital. Special thanks to Dr. Bourke and Dr Majeed. We are grateful for everyone’s kindness and hard work.

Sorry, there are no details found...
