On Wednesday, June 24, 2015, Norman Wiggins passed away peacefully at 100 years of age.
Survived by his children: Norma Couper, Carole (Richard) Baxter, Evelyn Zavislake and Rhonda Corrigan; grandchildren: Jane (Mark) Alm, Vincent (Valerie) Meier, Daphne Couper, Ray (Lianne) Couper, and Patrick Corrigan; seven great-grandchildren, and two great-great – grandchildren, sister: Gwen Bamber, and brother: Ernie Wiggins. Norman was predeceased by wife of 66 years Laura Wiggins (nee Johnston), his daughter Muriel Doreen Tervonan; granddaughters Anne-Marie Couper; and Mary Lynn Couper; son in laws David Couper; and Duncan Zavislake.
Viewing at Serenity Funeral Service, 5311 – 91 Street, Edmonton on Wednesday July 8, 2015 from 8:00 – 9 p.m.; Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Southside Church of the Nazarene, 10712 – 29 Avenue, Edmonton, with Doctor Doug Herbert officiating; previewing at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton at 3:00 p.m.
