I heard of the sad news.
My heart felt crushed since it seemed
just years ago that we went to Greenview elementary school together. I would always look for you. You were a pro at fishing and that made you happy. You were a fun guy, and we laughed a lot. We were so small back then and life itself seemed to last forever.
As we grew in our teens and turned into young adults we still talked and hung out
when we had some free time. Life gets busy and we lost communication over time Either we would be changing phone numbers or moving around .
We always respected each other.

I was surprised to hear of Billy’s passing. So sorry for the
family. I remember when Billy and David lived next door to me on Marshall’s Drive. I never did forget my neighbors. I never had any connection to him
when we reached adult hood but I have fond memories of Billy. My deepest sympathies, and prayers go out to the Luscombe family. RIP Billy

Our relationship was different. You taught me forgiveness and strength. You will be in my heart forever. I’ll always be there to take care of Kayden and Brooklyn. I saw the unconditional love that you had for them. I wish you knew that you did such an amazing job in life no matter what had been said and hardship times that occurred. I’m sorry you were hurting so much our last conversation, and throughout many times in your life. I never wanted you to regret not communicating as much, but only to cherish the memories we did make. I’m very grateful you had been able to hear Denleys heartbeat. I hope you are at peace. Keep a smile . In my heart forever and always. xoxo

We were so sorry to hear of Billy’s death and we want to express our most sincere sympathies to you and the family during this difficult time from everyone here on site at Fort Hills. Billy was a highly valuable and respected member of our team here and the effects of his passing are already being felt here by his fellow employees, brothers and sisters.
Billy was a wonderful brother who understood the meaning of the word “team.” He was always more focused on the good of the whole and how he could help everyone else than on his own benefit.
Please accept my sincere condolences for you and the family. Billy was a remarkable man and everyone that crossed paths with him is better for having known him. For those of us that had the privilege of calling him “friend” outside of work, we were humbled by his kindness and compassion to everyone around him.
He will be greatly missed and everyone here is saddened by his death. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and his family and friends during this difficult time.
With sincere sympathy,
The entire group at Fort Hills.
