Sorry to hear about the passing of Uncle Willie. We looked forward to his visits here in Ireland and the reminiscing of his youthful days. He really enjoyed playing pranks and had great humour. We will miss the craic.
Our sympathies to Maureen, Mary, Michael and grandchildren. St Oliver Plunkett, pray for him.

Thomas McKenna

Bill was my Uncle and brother of my late father Tommy. There were 13 children in the McKenna family from Aghagaskin, Co. Derry, Ireland. Bill was the last of 6 boys and now only 3 sisters remain. I live on the family homeplace, where Bill grew up. In 2014, Bill visited us at home for the last time. He was such a lovely man and we are so sorry to here of his passing. Sincere sympathy to my cousins Mary, Maureen and Michael and the extended family circle.

Bill had a kind heart and wanted the best for everyone. I will carry fond memories of a soft spoken man that helped when he could. Rest in Peace, Bill.

Paul Chilko

I worked with Bill at Celanese for many years. Bill always was a didicated millwright and an inspiration. So sorry to learn of his passing. Please accept my deepest sympathy. May he be granted peace and tranquillity.
