I miss Violet every day. I think of all the times we laughed, I could always count on her to make me happy. I have never had a friend like her before and she is the true definition of what a friend should be. We enjoyed new years together and I will forever be greatful for that time we got to share. She wil be greatly missed by both myself and many others. I send out my condolences to all of her family and friends. Jennifer, Robbins 6 West room 21.

Mom is now finally at peace we received her urn today. I will miss her everyday.

Violet, my beautiful sister, had a heart of gold.
As a child if I would become frightened she had the amazing ability to calm me, telling me it would be ok and it always was.
She was kind, loving and caring. Despite her challanges she stayed strong and positive.
Violet and Bob loved coming to Victoria for visits to see Dave and I.
The memories are treasured, I feel her everywhere.
Our phone calls always ended with chow, never goodbye.
She will be missed and loved forever.
Rest peacefully dear sister, no more pain
Till we meet again, chow.

Your loving sister Gail and brother-inlaw David

With great difficulty we say goodbye to our Loving Sister Violet Katherine. Violet was a beautiful, warm hearted and caring Sister. She cared for others and provided comfort to many who were in need. Violet cared deeply for her animal friends. She went through a difficult time with the loss of her loving husband Bob. She was then faced with the challenge of the loss of her leg in Oct. 2014. Through all this the trooper that she was, she battled back. She was always appreciative of the support provided to her by her loving Daughter Anita and Tony and Louis Guay and her loving sister Gail. We will all miss her infectious laugh as she had an amazing sense of humour. You’ll be in my heart forever. Until we meet again, Rest in Peace Dear Sister. Love Shirle and Brother In Law Arne

My deepest sympathies go out to Anita and her family. I will always remember Auntie Vi for her wonderful sense of humor and the way she liked to kid around with those she loved. May she rest in peace and may those who love her find comfort in their memories.

Mom and I shared many memories when I was growing up. She worked three jobs and taught at Arthur Murray Studios. She had a awesome memory for numbers and was very smart.
