On Aug 21, 2016 Vicky passed away surrounded by friends and family in Edmonton Alberta. Vicky will be lovingly remembered by her Husband Doug of 41 years ,her children Mark(Amber),Craig(Kathy),Kelly-Louise, Grandchildren Taylor ,Kira, Brady, as well as Sister Marla (Bill) Turtle, Brothers Ron(Delores) Keogan ,Murray( Cheryl) Keogan, Mother in law Nina(Bill),Sister in Law Jan Winter, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by Mother Peggy, Father Frank Keogan, Father in law Bill Ible
A special thanks to all the Doctors, Coordinators, nursing and support staff that supported her in her lifelong challenges.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Andrew’s United Church (1A Fieldstone Drive) Spruce Grove, Alberta T7X 2Z3
