It is with sadness the family of Irene Tougas announce her passing on January 20th 2021.
Irene was born in Hanna Alberta. The fourth of ten children. Daughter of Friedrich and Emilia.
Irene is survived by her three children, ten grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Raymond, her parents and two sisters.
The family would like to extend their deep gratitude to her nurse practitioner Elisha Lepine-Andrews and the staff on unit 9Y at the Edmonton General.
A celebration of her life will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers please extend an act of kindness in Irene’s honour.
