It is with profound sadness that the family of Emma Soch (nee Kobza) announces her sudden passing on September 18, 2016 at the age of 88 years.

She is survived by her daughters Linda (Brian) McKinney and Karen (Ritchie) Hipkin; her grandchildren Greg (Lisa), Darcy (Krista), Lindsay (Jeff), Ryan and Chris; and great-grandchildren Kaycee, Colton, Denny, Raylee and Kallee; as well as numerous extended family members and dear friends.

Emma was predeceased by her husband Walter, parents Gabriel and Karolina, infant brother David, sister Anne, brother Edward, and niece Emmy.

A Celebration of Emma’s Life will be held on Friday, September 30, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the New Sarepta Agriplex (5088 – 1 Avenue South).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Suite 202 11227 Jasper Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5K 0L5.
