Shauna was a kind, thoughtful, bull headed, funny, fun, serious, intimidating pussy cat. With all those variable there was no way you could not love her. She played such an integral part of my life, my kid’s lives and my work life. Our personalities and traits were opposite, but we complimented each other wonderfully. I had occasion to visit Shauna for a quick coffee a couple months ago, and 3.5 hours later …. hahaha. I am so grateful I had that time with her.

Speaking with my kids about her, they kept bringing up the Tutoring she did. Even now as grown adults they still hear her with her guiding ways of solving a problem. Yes, she is truly missed.

She fought a hard battle, but won the war!!!! She did not leave us, she went to be with her father, brother and other friends and family and the nice part is, she is free. I believe that she is in heaven and watching over us all. So when you get a glimpse of her out of nowhere, you’ll know what she’s trying to say.

This is not a good bye, this is until I see you again;

Shauna was an amazing person. She always gave 110% of herself to everything she did, with the exception of her family, which rightfully garnered 250% of her absolute everything. It was a rare day indeed when Shauna did not have a smile on her face. Shauna was also a warrior, and from her I have learned that it is always worth fighting just a little harder for more time with the ones we love…even if we have to loose in the end. She has thought me not to take a single day of this life for granted and I will be forever grateful for that. Rest in peace my friend. You will be forever missed and loved.

Shauna was a loving, caring, no-nonsense person. Incredibly stubborn but always there to help. She raised a wonderful family and I am so honored to have known her all these years. She was a fighter to the bitter end. I will miss her always laughing at all my silly jokes, bugging the boss, making funny names from client files and so many more memories. Love you.
