Sharlotte Rae Weslosky, passed away suddenly on December 31, 2015, at the age of 39
Born in Leduc, AB on July 4,1976, Sharlotte spent a good portion of her life growing
up on a farm west of Leduc, AB. While growing up, Sharlotte spent a lot of her time
reading books, using the newest technology and always learning new things. Her love
of learning was so evident, that at 14 years old Sharlotte was already trying to
master the Hebrew language. Sharlotte graduated from the U of A with two degrees –
a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Political Science & International Studies,
Majoring in Middle Eastern and African Studies. She was a brilliant, gorgeous,
independent woman who followed her dreams of running her own business and travelling
the world while working. Her other interests involved coffee, music, scuba diving,
ethnic cooking, studying languages and working with youth in many outreach programs.
Sharlotte is survived by her parents, Ray and Sharon; brother, Sheldon (Charlene);
nephew, Kyler and one niece or nephew on the way.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 11, 2016, 2:00 pm at People’s
Church, 15641-96 Ave, NW Edmonton, AB.
