Selma Hirsekorn

February 8, 1923 - December 13, 2017

On December 13, 2017, Selma passed away peacefully at Allen Gray Continuing Care Centre at the age of 94. She is survived by her son Gordon, daughter Brenda, grandson Daniel (Sarah), great-grandchildren Jordon & Sierra, grandson Martin (Kerie-Lynn), great-grandsons Torsten & Corven. Selma was predeceased by Walter, her husband of 51 years, daughter Carol and daughter-in-law Irene.

A Funeral Service will be held at Grace Lutheran Church (Gnadenthal), five miles west of Leduc, one mile south on Range Road 261 on December 20 at 1:00 pm.

The family would like to thank the wonderful caring and compassionate staff of Allen Gray. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Gray House Guild, 5005 – 28 avenue NW Edmonton, AB T6L 7G1
