James Sak
1968-2021
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James Sak on August 11, 2021 at the age of 53.
His memory will be cherished by his wife Shauna of 28 years, his children: Colby and Brianna, his mom Anita, his sisters and brother: Debbie (Jeff) & family, Tim (Orlando) and Marianne (Mike), his mother in-law Myrna, his sister in-laws: Joyce & family, Carole (Jamie) & family, and as well as many aunties, uncles, cousins and close friends.
James had a great sense of humour, and loved holidaying in his “Porta Backyarda”. He always put his family first, instilled a good work ethic and desired the best for his kids.

Shauna, Colby, Brianna:
My condolences on such a great loss.
I worked with him years ago and will remember him by his high standards for work and his passion with projects, as well as his sense of humour and smile.
We had fun times with a play foreign accent, going on hilarious rants about “le kak” when tools were not working so good. He reminded people to not stay heavy- but to laugh in life.
He left far too soon and prayers you all find a way to stay strong, like James.

Dear Shauna, Colby and Brianna,
From working with James since the late 90’s, he always impressed me as a man of principle and ethics; and gave 100% to what he worked on. He was someone I could rely on for his varied technical expertise and forthright opinion. I was saddened when he made the decision to leave our company a few years ago and very happy when he returned. He always wanted to make the right choices for his family and I very much respected him for that. He was someone you can be very proud of and I and the entire IRT team will miss him greatly!

Dear Shauna, Colby and Brianna:
I didn’t get a chance to work with your Dad for very long but I always had a great time when we did chat. He had an excellent sense of humour and was brilliant at IT and figuring out how to fix things. He spoke of his two children and beautiful wife with a big smile on his face and I wanted you all to know that.
It is so hard to lose someone and I want you to know that he will be missed dearly by all those that got a chance to see that smile.

Dear Shauna, Colby and Brianna:
We are so very sorry to hear of James’ passing. I remember after the loss of Monika’s mom and how she missed her “stollen” loaf – next thing we knew, James gave us one he had just baked. Such a kind gesture from a kind man. We are sending you all hugs. Xoxoxo
