I was away when Bernie passed away. I knew Bernie through Toastmasters and he and I worked with the Junior Achievement to have a student speak at the annual Junior Achievement Edmonton Oilers dinner during the eighties. Best remember that we had to guard the Stanley Cup. We each got our picture taken holding the cup. Sorry to see that he is gone.
