Roland , words aren’t enough at this time but it’s what we are left with. The physical is gone but the memories , lessons and knowledge remain. You left too soon (for us) but now your pain is over and hopefully you are saving some chairs for us when our time comes.
My condolences to you Marilyn and the girls. Roland was loved at work as he was loved at home. I will miss his laugh …I’ll never forget that sound of joy.
You were a pro to work with , a great addition to any team. I miss you but know that you are away from the pain and hopefully working on a Shelby GT in a shop somewhere above. Peace and love my friend.

Please accept my sincere condolences to Rollie’s family. Rollie worked with me at CAE and Acuren and I very much enjoyed his professional approach to his work in NDT. I am sorry that I never had a chance to say goodbye in person and only heard of his illness in the final stages of his life. He will be missed by all those that had the opportunity to work with such a carrying man. God bless you Rollie!
