Randy James Dumas


Randy James Dumas, formerly from Drayton Valley, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at his home in Edmonton at the age of 60 years. He will be tremendously missed and continued to be loved by his son, Michael Dumas (Stephanie Rust); Jamie Rieland who was like a daughter to him; grandchildren, Cade, Deo and Aaliyah; mother of their children and long-time friend, Lise Dumas (Sam) and their son Tyson; brothers, Stan and Darren and sister, Jo-Jo Harris. Randy was predeceased by his sons, Matthew and Mitchell; parents, Marcien and Anne Dumas and three siblings. Those wishing to pay their respects are invited to join Randy’s family at Serenity Funeral Service, 5137- 50 Avenue, Drayton Valley on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. A celebration of Randy’s life will be held at Life Church, 5115 – 50 Avenue, Drayton Valley on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with Dwayne Henley officiating. The family has requested that memorial donations in Randy’s name please be directed to Aim For Success – Mental Health Wellness, Wild Rose School Division, 4762 50 Street, Drayton Valley, Alberta T7A 1P1
