Eugene, you were always first to submit your CARE membership to Pak Mail every year, sell/buy all your grey cup tickets, volunteer for a Casino and support the CARE Pub Nights at Shenanigan’s with family and friends. Bumping into you at Elves was always a pleasant encounter, such a great dad, you will be terribly missed.

Eugene …you will be missed. Your kindness, compassion, smile and belly laugh are traits I loved about you. You were a strong advocate for people with disabilities and so open and committed to support families, staff, and organizations. You were key in pioneering the CARE housing society and my family has benefited from your wisdom, vision and dedication to this society. Being a Father mattered to you, being a good friend mattered to you, Eugene you made a difference and know your kindness is how I will remember you. Goodbye for now my friend.
