It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marlene Pohl at the age of 63 years while on holidays in Yuma, Arizona.

She is survived by her loving husband Murray; eldest daughter Amanda, and her sons, Avery & Owen Mackney; son Kevin (Karla), and their sons, James & Ethan Pohl; daughter, Alyssa (Sam), and their children, Ruby & Harrison Rogers; brother Jack (Jeanne) Liebig; sister-in-law, Sheila Liebig; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Marlene was predeceased by her mother and father Cecilia & John Liebig; brother Roy; and niece Lana Liebig.

Marlene was born in Maple Creek Saskatchewan on December 2, 1958. She married Murray Pohl in Wetaskiwin, Alberta on September 1, 1979. Marlene loved to be with her families, friends, and her grandchildren. She was the kindest, sweetest, and most loving woman to everyone she knew! Camping and traveling were high on her list of interests.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 26, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church (4910 Northmount Drive, Wetaskiwin, AB).
