Philippe “Phil” Gaumont

July 17, 1926 - January 13, 2018

On Saturday, January 13, 2018, Philippe (Phi) Gaumont of Sherwood Park, formerly of Fort Saskatchewan, AB., passed away peacefully with his family at his side.
Phil is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Gilberte; seven children Greg (Barb), Paul, Yvonne (Jack) Marsh, Fred (Sally), Roger (Donna), George, Andy (Betty); 15 grand-children; 19 great-grandchildren; and his sister Aurore (Geoff) Charlebois.
Respecting Phil’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 12:00 noon at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church, 10004-101 St. Fort Saskatchewan. Flowers are gratefully declined due to allergies. If so desired, memorial donations can be made to the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute, 11220-83 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6G 2B7 or to a Charity of One’s Choice.
