Phil was famous in our department and had an ability to light up the room with his strong presence. He was never short of jokes and always had a witty reply to group emails. Anytime I popped into the Edmonton office I always enjoyed my short banter with him. Phil was highly respected at work and will be greatly missed by so many. I am sorry for your loss and hope happy memories comfort you in time.

My deepest sympathies to Phil’s family. I knew Phil because I worked with him at Alberta Health Services. I always appreciated his dry sense of humor and was always interested in his thoughts about issues that arose. I am sure he will be missed a great deal by everyone .

My heartfelt condolences to Phil’s family and friends for your loss of a cherished loved one. My thoughts and prayers go out to you at this difficult time.
Phil and I worked on the same team for the past seven years. I will greatly miss his dry sense of humour, dedication to AHS, and practical approach to resolving problems. Phil had a strong and positive effect at AHS. I most appreciated Phil’s unique perspective on various aspects at AHS.

To Phil’s family, my sincere condolences on your loss. I’d worked with Phil for the last 3 years at AHS, until I left in February. I appreciated his no nonsense approach to work, while also seeing that gentle side. There was always some banter (usually about the fact that neither of us was very technologically savvy) between a few of us, which always made the hard days a little bit easier. Know that my thoughts are with you at this most difficult time.
