Dear Herb, Connie, Andrew, Valerie, Mark, Laurie and Families…
It is so difficult to say good-bye to a special Mother, but Pat is finally at peace. Even though her passing was a blessing of sorts, it still leaves a big hole in your hearts. May love surround you and may hope and special memories give you courage and strength as you support one another. Hugs to all…

To Herb & families, I was so sorry to see that Pat has passed away from Alzheimer’s. I worked with Pat at AOC. I always enjoyed my visits with her. May your memories help you thru this difficult journey. My mom passed from dementia so I know the struggle you have been dealing with.
