Nick enjoyed going on vacations with his family. He said that he wanted to visit all seven continents, though his count ended at four.

I am deeply saddened and shocked to hear of Nick’s passing. Such a great student and loyal friend to his peers. I will always remember him as one of those few students with quick and sharp wit. One of my favourite memories of Nick is when he and Jessie dressed up for twin day wearing totally opposite clothes and Nick figured they should win and had this elegant argument as to why. I can’t remember the exact details, but it was convincing and I am sure it had something to do with genetics and the biology behind twins. My heart aches for his family and especially Jessie. :(… I hope you are able come together with family and friends to find comfort in these stories of Nick.

Dear Susan and Randy and family, I am not sure what to say that might offer some comfort at this time. But please know we are thinking of you during this difficult time. I will always remember the first time I met the twins, they were so little and not even in school yet. I remember reading Nick and Jessie a story as they both sat on my lap and remembering how smart they were for such little humans! And please remember that you have given Nick one of the best families a child could have- full of love, support, kindness, excellent morals and values and taught him the love of adventure and travel. In his short lifetime – you really did give him all and more. Hugs to you all.

Sincere condolences to you all. Nick was one of the brightest students that I ever had the joy to be in the same room with at GA. His artistic talents were amazing. He will be missed dearly.

Nick was always one of the smartest kids in class growing up if he wasn’t the smartest. Any time walking past him in the halls he was always making some kind of joke or laughing.. and I had yet to beat him in a game of chess when still in high school.
He was an amazing person and he will be greatly missed. My family and I all send our love in this time of heartache.
