Stefan Joseph Nadeau passed away both quietly and suddenly the night of February 26, 20221 in his home in Wetaskiwin, AB at the age of 30 years young.
Stefan was a kind-hearted, witty and loyal son, brother, uncle and friend, with a love for anything containing a motor. Whether it be a tattoo gun, a dirt bike, a moped, a truck, or a Harley, he loved to work on things. Stefan was at the tail end of finishing his small engine mechanic certificate and was looking forward to starting up his own small business.
He left behind his mother Louise Nadeau, sister Therese Nadeau, niece Mia Nadeau, grandma Ida Nadeau, aunt Lorna (Jim) Greenway, aunt Georgette (Gerrit) Vandesteeg, uncle Derald Nadeau, cousins Janna, Geoff, Lisa, Michael; as well as his biological birth family, whom he connected with in his adult life. He also left behind a noteworthy list of friends stretching from one coast to the other.
Stefan was predeceased by his father Larry Nadeau and grandparents Marcel Nadeau, Arthur and Clara Hovland.
A small family service was held March 3, 2021 at Sacred Heart Church, followed by an overwhelming candlelit show of love and support by his friends outside his childhood home the following night. Stefan was dearly loved, and will be dearly missed.
