It is with sadness, we announce the passing of Miles Conrad Stevenson on Saturday, November 25, 2017. He was a father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He leaves to mourn his daughters Andrea Stevenson Burns, Tricia Stevenson, and their families; sisters Freda Rankin, Bonnie Trautman, Libby Lameris, and Sadie Trebell, and their families; half-sisters and a half- brother and their families, and numerous more relatives and friends. Miles was predeceased by his parents, brother, sister and a half-brother and half-sister.
He will always be remembered for his easy going and good-natured personality, and generous to a fault. His heart was big.
We are grateful to the people at the Tofield Seniors’ Lodge and Tofield Hospital who helped to make his last months better. Miles received top notch care from Dr. Abuzehar in Tofield. His final days were comfortable.
Cremation has taken place. A service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 1, 2017 with a gathering to follow, at St. David’s Anglican Church at 8345 – 79 Avenue in Edmonton. Interment of the urn will occur at 3:00 p.m. at the Alexander First Nations Cemetery.
