McPHERSON, Donna Jean

It is with deep sadness and much love that we say goodbye to Donna Jean McPherson. Donna passed away unexpectedly on October 17, 2020.

Donna was an amazing woman with the biggest heart. She helped so many people in her life and never asked for anything in return. She leaves behind a long list of family and friends she loved and cared for: her three boys Brian (Kristin), Scott (Jessica) and Collin (Kassandra); three grandchildren Brooke, Connor, and Cara; brother Bruce (Jean); three nephews Bradford, Matthew and Cameron; sister Elizabeth (Manny); niece Marisa and nephew Michael; sister-in-law Margaret (Roy); and nephews Keith and Cory. Donna was predeceased by her parents Betty and Gerald Wilson, as well as her husband Robert and his mother Gladys (Hoot).

Donna will be forever missed and the holes in our hearts will never be filled. We know she is not alone. She is reunited with those who have passed before her. We know they are all watching over us. We thank everyone for their love and support during this time. We know we are loved.

Until we meet again mom, we love you.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 9, 2020 at 11:00 am. Dear Brian, Scott, Colin & families,
My deepest sympathy for the loss of your mom. I was a work colleague and she always stepped forward with care and compassion when I asked her for her time and help. She had a good heart, was a good person, and was an asset to the community.
Sincerely, Judy

Brian, Scott and Colin, I send you my most sincere sympathy for the loss of your mom. I knew her from soccer, Scouts and Victim Services, and was better for counting her among my friends. She exemplified what we should all strive to be: loving, genuine, compassionate, honest and optimistic. Our community is richer for her presence, but poorer for her absence. She’ll be as deeply missed as she was deeply loved.
