Robert passed away peacefully on May 20, 2018 at the age of 76 in Spruce Grove, AB, where he resided for 48 years.
Bob will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years; his three children: Deb (Jeff) Mustard, Bobby May, Dawn (Mike) Roderus; eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. He will also be missed and remembered by all his extended family, friends and colleagues.
Bob was predeceased by his parents and his brother Gary.
Born March 8, 1942 in Hamilton, Ontario, Bob grew up in Galt (Cambridge), enlisted in the Army and was transferred to Edmonton, Alberta. After an honourary discharge, Bob enrolled in NAIT where he obtained his topographic drafting certificate. After initially working for W.D. Usher & Associates, Bob operated his own company, R.M. May Drafting Services Ltd. for numerous years. After closing the company, he was employed by Pals Surveys and Associates Ltd. where he retired in 2010.

A Celebration of his Life will be held at St. Andrew’s United Church in Spruce Grove on May 29, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. followed by lunch and fellowship time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the charity of your choice.
