Marsh, Edmund Anthony

It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather Ed, who passed away July 17, 2021, at the age of 91.

He is survived by his children, Elton (Charmaine), Mike, Willard (Laurene), Lyla (Scott) Webster and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Edmund was predeceased by his parents Norris and Hannah Marsh, wife Joan and son Dexter.

A celebration of life will be held at the Ardrossan Recreation Complex, #80 – First Avenue, Ardrossan, AB.,T8E 2A2 on September 19, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with Words of Remembrances at 2:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Ed, can be made directly to the Mazankowski Heart Institute, 11220 83 Ave, Edmonton AB., T6G 2B7 or to the Strathcona County Museum and Archives, 913 Ash Street, Sherwood Park, AB.,T8A 2G3.

Ed was on Council while I was locally elected. He was a gentleman who knew the county well and was very knowledgable about many issues, particularly recreation pursuits.
