It is with great sadness we announce that on December 12^th, 2016 Manuel Botelho passed away suddenly at the age of 67 after a long battle with illness. Manuel was born in São Miguel, Azores on May 15, 1949 and moved to Edmonton in 1973. We lost a husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend. Manuel will be deeply missed but never forgotten. He is survived by his wife Lorraine Langer, children Paula and Rick Botelho and their mother Maria Botelho, sister Margarita Medeiros and brother Fernando Botelho. In lieu of flowers we ask that you please make a donation in Manuel’s name to the Canadian Liver Foundation or the MS Society of Canada.
