LUTGEN, Ted

It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to Ted Lutgen our loving husband, father, gido, brother, uncle and friend who passed away on September 17th, 2020.

He is survived by his wife and best friend of 47 years Betsy & his two children Steven (Carmen) and Bradley (Kayla). Ted was also survived by the 6 most important people in his life, the sparkle of his eye, his grandchildren Kaden, Riley, Jolene, Damon, Anthony and Nathan. Missing him as well will be his sisters Betty Anne Paulson, Karen McCammon and brother Wayne (Jeannie)

Ted left us and has joined his family members that have passed before him including his parents Gregor and Bernadine, brother Norman and brother in laws Ken and Dennis and many more.

Truck driving was a big part of Ted’s life for the last 50 years, but recently decided to call it quits and finally retired. Ted was enjoying his new lifestyle, he was always busy doing something whether it was working in the garden, tinkering in the garage, or just spending time with his grandkids.

In leu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Heart and Stroke foundation or the Knights of Columbus Leduc Chapter.

Due to the AHS guidelines because of the Covid virus, the funeral is by invitation only.  It will be live-streamed on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 11:00 am using the following link:  https://distantlink.com/SerenitySG.html.

Ted will be dearly missed, but never forgotten.

We love you.
