I will never forget and forever be greatful to Linda for getting my babies to and from Kindergarten every day. She was the welcoming smile when they didn’t want to leave me, and the loving caring “other mom” that they didn’t want to leave when she would drop them off at home. You will be missed Linda! Rest in Peace my friend!

I only had the opportunity to spend a few times with her, at Tetz Family reunions, and once at the home of their friends in Lloydminster. She was a wonderful person, very dear and very caring. As a “newcomer” to the family, she was immediately accepted and loved by all of us because of the kind of person she was. She will be missed.

So sorry for your loss. I only knew Linda for a short time but we had an instant connection.. Our last conversation at work (I am in housekeeping) included putting our gardens to bed, sweet Williams her Grandpa loved, finding some for me, stumps with character for the garden, rocks too. Cherish the memories. She”s working in God”s garden now! Love–Charmaine

Linda……150% every LTC shift….night shift loved that when Linda put the residents to bed, it would be a good night. Linda spent numerous dollars to ensure residents had creams and denture products. She came early on laundry days to fill the laundry bags…..LTC residents in her care were tucked in, warm, and cared for. I loved the smiles residents gave when Linda was their nurse.

Linda won a Norquest College award for HCA of the year….

She was kind to all and her smile melted your heart. Even after injuries, Linda returned, more determined than ever to continue her work…..

She was loved, she is missed, and there will never be another Linda…..

It’s comforting to know the people she worked with thought so highly of her. <3

As the ward pharmacist, I know only a handful of the many nursing assistants in LTC – but I knew Linda. She always had a hello, a wave, a big smile for me in passing. I will never forget that smile, that energy and vibrance. Watching her, you knew she loved her work. I will miss her, as will so many other staff and residents of LTC.
