The morning of October 21, 2021 our dear “Mutti” was granted the gift of a peaceful passing from this life into the presence of her Lord and Saviour, Jesus after a long and fulfilling life. She will be best remembered as a kind, gentle soul who was a dedicated wife, mother grandmother and great-grandmother who valued her family above all else; she is loved by all who knew her. She lived every day with joy, grace and dignity. We honour her generous spirit and will forever remember her love of us—her family and extended family that were all so treasured and loved by Mom — it is not possible to put into words her love for family — which meant “everything” to her.
Thanking God for her life and left to cherish her memory are her daughters: INGRID Frost, BRIGITTE (Keith) Norris, MARIETTA (Rick) Lehmann; her precious grandchildren: Jamie (Donna) Frost, Jason (Allison) Frost; Richelle Norris; Jolene Lehmann; Marek (Kendra) Lehmann; Marisa Lehmann; her Great Grandchildren: Lynnea & Benjamin Frost; Annalise, Treyson, Wilson & Jordan Frost; Brielle & Eden Lehmann; William, Ellyann and Riegan Lehmann, brother Art (Louise) Lucius; Sister-In-Law Margaret Lucius and numerous nephews and grand nephews and nieces and grandnieces.
Mom was welcomed into heaven by her husband: Arnold; son: Garth; her precious grandsons: Ryan Norris and Mikael Lehmann. Erna was also predeceased by her sisters — Ella Schroeder & Hilda Hinz; parents Reinhold & Lydia Lucius; brothers-in-law — Arnold Schroeder and Adolf Hinz; brothers — Otto & Willi Lucius; Sister-in-law Brigitte Lucius.
