Dear Agathe and family — My heartfelt sympathy in the sudden death of Joe! What a shock! Surely goodness and mercy followed him all the days of his life and now he will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. May the God of all comfort wrap you in His loving arms and give you peace that passes all understanding. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

He became a great friend to us when his daughter Nicky married my brother. He always had time to visit with us when we came 2 Edm. We both enjoyed his company and knowledge of so many different subjects. Will miss his laugh and especially him. Heaven received a good man!
