The world has lost a woman who loved to laugh, to play cards and to have fun. She was full of love and interesting opinions mainly about religion and politics. It is with great sadness that the family of Jean Juanita Josey announces her passing on May 20, 2015, aged 82.
She is survived by her children: Lorraine (Gerald) Kukurba; Marilyn (Ben) Keryluke; Dr. Dianne (Joseph) Schuldhaus; Barbara Littlechilds; and Wendy (Jerome) Starks; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Jean was predeceased by her first husband Douglas Anderson (Mix); second husband Alexander Josey; parents Anna and Walter Huddleston; sister Frances Rees; brothers Burl and Vern Huddleston; grandson Marty Keryluke.
Jean is deeply missed by the many people she has touched with her compassion and kindness, and beautiful smile.
Tonight, at last, came the gentle rain,
Meeting and tapping my window pane,
Soft and soothing and clean,
Washing away all the anger and worries
And stilling for now the one who hurries.
As I lie in the darkness I hear it there,
The thunder and lightning and wind disappear,
And all Is calm and serene.
Just the warm rain lightly tapping
Lulling me on to peaceful napping.
Jean Huddleston (age 17)
