With broken hearts we announce Jason’s untimely passing on November 25, 2017, at the age of 30. Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife Sara and 20 month old Amber; father Randy (resides in Nova Scotia); mother Jane (resides in Nova Scotia); brother Buddy (Diane), (resides in Alberta); sister Crystal (Brent); nieces Victoria, Jessica, Erica and Averi (resides in Nova Scotia); grandparents Basil and Joan (resides in New Brunswick); Nan Cudmore (resides in New Brunswick); mother and father in laws Nancy and Kevin Hughes (resides in New Brunswick); brother in laws Brad (Jelisa) ( reside in Alberta), Kyle (April) (resides in Prince Edward Island), also a large circle of other relative and friends. Predeceased by his grandfather Doug Cudmore.

Jason was a free spirit who will be dearly missed by all those who were blessed to have known him. He loved spending time with his wife, daughter and family. He lived life to the fullest, always had to be busy doing something. Either walking in Devon or playing with Amber he never sat still. He was able to touch people’s hearts and his compassion for others always brought light to the lives of those who needed it most. His dedication to helping people has impacted so many lives for the better.

Cremation has taken place. Celebration of Life for Jason will be held Monday, December 4, 2017 at 5:00 PM at Woodvale Facility located at Millwoods Golf Course, 4540-50 Street NW Edmonton. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jason’s memory can be made to Sara and Amber’s gofundme page https://www.gofundme.com/funeral-future-expenses.

I taught Jason in high school. He was funny, happy, and interested in so many things; just a wonderful young man to be around. I am so sorry for the loss of such a lovely spirit. My condolences to his family.
