Sean was my friend since age 4. His mother and mine were best friends.

We had lost touch for many years after attending the same high school, but reconnected on Facebook in our 40/50s.

We would often meet up for a coffee or a lunch whenever I was in Edmonton and talk non stop. I will miss his good humour and ready laughter at my jokes and observations.

Sad to lose a good friend so early and my sincerest condolences go out to his daughters.

Carla Cumming

Sending heartfelt condolences to Sean’s daughters from the entire Cumming clan. We grew up in south Garneau just 2 blocks from Helen, Yvet, and Sean, and he was great friends with my brother. I remember him as kind, gentle, thoughtful, and soft-spoken, with the most beautiful smile and twinkling eyes. I’m very sorry to hear of his passing. The world is surely a lesser place without his gentle self among us.

I was saddened to have heard of Sean’s passing. My deepest sympathies to the family. Although our paths haven’t crossed for over thirty years, I will always have very fond memories of my friendship with Sean during my teenage years. Rest in Peace.

Eoin Whitney

My sincere condolences to Sean’s family. I will remember Sean being a kindly helping soul and a good listener, among other good qualities. Sean will also be remembered as a longtime family friend and neighbour. Over the years he had many interesting stories to share about his family, adventures travelling, and of time spent living in new places. It was good to hear how much he enjoyed all of it. Lots of laughs over the years.
