HOWARD, Richard Nelson


It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Richard Nelson Howard at the age of 69 years.

Richard will be greatly missed by his wife Donna of Leduc; son Darcy (Tammy) of Leduc; daughter-in-law Bonnie (Trevin) of Mulhurst, AB; grandson Jordan (Danielle) of Leduc; great-grandson Quinn; brother Art; step-brother Les Melin (Kate); sisters Becca Goodrich (Clint), Deb Stevens (Barry); brother-in-law Ron Shantz (Kathy); sister-in-law Lisa Kadatz (Eldon); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nephew, cousins and friends.

He was predeceased by his son Darren; mother Marie and father Red; step-mother Patricia; sister, Betty (Glenn).

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Daystar Church, 3610 Gaetz Road (Rge Rd 250), Leduc, AB.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute, 11560 University Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2.

When you hear thunder it is Richard knocking of the mud from his truck,when you are having a lot of rain he is washing his truck,when you get lighting it is Richard truck shining brightly,and when the sun is shining it is Richard smiling because he has got his truck clean we love you and will miss you, sorry we could not make it to the service our thoughts are with all of you,love Doug &pat.
