On November 21, at the age of 80, Olga Hattenhauer (née Bankonin) went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was predeceased by her husband Helmut in 2016 and one sister. Olga is lovingly remembered by her daughters Karin (Ralph) Dickau, Marianne (Rolf) Dreger, Ruth (Harry) Mueller, and Rosemarie Renz; 12 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, as well as many relatives, friends, and church family.

Olga loved singing and was in the Richard Eaton Singers for 45 years. Her crepes and tortes were perennial family favorites, and she would often have friends, neighbors, and family over for “Kaffee and Kuchen”. Olga loved serving others and helped in the White Cross program and was always knitting a sweater or jacket for someone. Her faith gave her great strength as she battled melanoma cancer. Funeral Service can be seen on November 27 at 11:30 am at livestream.com/zbcc/events/8515377.
