I worked for Harley and Marlene shortly after Hi Quality went into business in the early 80’s. Lisa and Jason were in grade school and likely do not remember me. The last time we saw Harley was the day after Lisa’s wedding in the hotel parking lot. He was so happy for Lisa and we had a short chat. I will always have fond memories of working for him. His generosity towards the Heimdal Walkathon spanned MANY years! He now joins my father in Glory and they can reminisce about those days Dad stopped by to collect the donation. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. We live in Manitoba so regret not being able to attend on the 14th.

Mary Ann Vaudan

It saddens my heart to hear of Harley’s sudden passing as he was a friend before he became family, in more ways than one. I had wanted to spend some more time with him and his wife as he neared retirement but God had other plans. Our hearts go out to all his family at this time and so sorry to miss his funeral but we’ll be there in our thoughts and prayers!
