I am a former coworker of Greg’s at the City of Edmonton. I liked Greg a lot and am sad that he is no longer with us here. I genuinely enjoyed working with this fine man. I too live with the blessed assurance of Jesus Christ that we are renewed and raised up again in eternal glory. My heart goes out to all those who love Greg and were close to him and will miss his presence in the here and now.

Faye, Alicia, Ryan & Tianna:
Want to follow up on Kerri’s earlier message. We share in your hurting for your loss of Greg. I am honoured to have known Greg as a work colleague and especially as a friend. He was truly a man of integrity and fairness in all that he did which flowed from his love of the Lord, you guys and life. Why the lives of GOOD people, like Greg, are cut short will always be a mystery. But, God has plans for all of us and our greater good; plans that many times we don’t realize or understand. My prayer for all of you is that God will give you the grace and strength to endure this time of loss and suffering and to come to know and accept God’s plan for your lives until that day you are reunited with Greg in heaven for eternity… Truly worth looking forward to.
Kerri & I will unfortunately be away for Greg’s memorial service but you will be in our thoughts and prayers. God’s blessings!

We prayed for Greg, you and the family, when we heard he had cancer and followed his journey from a distance. To know Greg has gone to be with his Lord is such a bittersweet truth… sad to see him go, but glad to see he is now with Jesus.
