The family wishes to express sincere gratitude to the truly compassionate staff and volunteers at Sherwood Care Centre in Sherwood Park. They have provided the most loving care for Mom on the final road trip of her life journey.
The family would also like to extend a warm thank you to the many friends, relatives and neighbours who helped them through this journey in caring for our mom.
A Celebration of Gerry’s life will be held in the spring – when the flowers are blooming and friends and family can meet together safely. Mom’s Service will be held on Saturday, April 5th, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Andrews Roman Catholic Church 12810 111 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to and/or:

Tribute wall - a place to share your memories and condolences

Russ & Evelyn Kowtun

Gerry was a very special friend to us who was able to light up a gathering with her mere presence. We always looked forward to her visits and of course, a little music.

We will remember her for her spirit and her songs.

We regret we are unable to join you as you celebrate her life, we will certainly be thinking
Of her and her family, and probably be humming the French Song.

Our deepest sympathies to you all.

Russ & Evelyn Kowtun, St. Paul, AB.
