Terribly sorry to hear that Gerry passed away. I have so many good memories of him. High school bonspiels (we always lost…but didn’t care), working summer jobs together (they actually paid us for having fun), winter camping trips (we nearly froze), poker games (he always won), parties with friends (great times), fishing trips (where, instead of fishing we’d get his dad’s red Dodge pick-up truck buried to the axles in mud and spend the day digging it out), and most of all … I remember laughter …we were always laughing together. It was my honor and privilege to have been his friend.
The Pickett Family
Deep condolences to Gerry’s family. We have fond memories of him. He can now hang out with our brother just like they were back in the day
