So sad to hear of the passing away of my second cousin Karen. I met her at Heinz Jeske’s memorial Aug 21. She said she had battled cancer but seemed to have beaten it. In younger days our families did a lot together. Very wonderful memories. Now she can see the Lord face to face. Condolences to Joe and Martin and the rest of the family.

I hope the many wonderful memories of Karen will comfort you. “Always in our heart. Gone yet not forgotten.”

When Brian and I got married, Karen gave me a little bit of advice that has stayed with me. She told me to always treat Brian with kindness. She was so wise. Those words have become an important part of our marriage.
