RICKARD, Frank Pallin
Frank Pallin Rickard former member of Local 488 Plumbing Union humbly and courageously departed un on September 16, 2014.
Memorializing Frank is his extended family and friends in New Zealand. Also his immediate relatives in Edmonton: the Taylor and Genius families as well as Florence DiAlmeida and her son Perry.
At Frank’s request no funeral was held and cremation has taken place.
