My memories of Rick are as a little girl, visiting your grandparents, Shannon. (Aunt Mary is also my aunt on Uncle Ken’s side of the family). I thought your Dad was so cool and so handsome.
May he Rest In Peace and I wish you all peace.

I will miss Rick very much. I worked with Rick at Alberta Brewers Agents , played baseball with him and did his taxes for many years. He was a great and loyal friend.

I am so sad to hear of ricks passing 🙁
He was one of my first partners working with the city.
We spent many hours in the truck talking about my young shenanigans and his nights at the single dances.
He was a special one ! I will always remember our encounters starting with “ you know Lacey” and A finger wag about whatever he was going to say ! I am going to miss him. I’ll keep buying those lotto tickets Rick ! maybe you can help me get those winning numbers for that Camaro we always talked about !

Dear Shane, Shannon and Family: I am so very sorry to hear of Rick’s passing. As his neighbor of 23+ years, I REALLY grew to love him!! He cried with Stuart &I when he heard Stuart’s prognosis, all the while he was suffering himself. Quite the scene…3 people standing on Unit 22’s driveway crying…
Stuart did not see 5 months after his pancreatic cancer diagnosis, and last time I spoke to you Shane, while moving your Dad out, Stuart had died 2 days before.
I WILL miss my sweet Bud Rick!!! God be with you guys…and know when I think of him, I’ll remember him chauffeuring me around in his Stang.
Love you to pieces you dear man!!! Enjoy a beer up there with Stuart xoxo
