FERCHO, Raymond Charlie

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Raymond Charlie Fercho.  Ray was born on November 30, 1945 in Wetaskiwin, AB.  He was the sixth child of Ludwig and Marie Fercho.

Ray is survived by his beloved wife Yvonne; his precious children Shauna (Craig), Jason (Jocelynn), Amanda (Spencer), Monique (Roy) and Josh (Simone); and his cherished grandchildren Dustin, Kaylen, Kolten, Jordynn and Morgan.  Ray was predeceased by his Mom Marie, his Dad Ludwig, and his sister Karoline.

Ray’s career was spent in the oil patch where he made many lifelong friendships.  His love of the outdoors led to many camping, fishing and golfing trips.  But Ray’s true focus of his life was his love of family.  With quiet strength, he supported, protected and loved them unconditionally.  Ray will be remembered for the many lessons he taught, the stories of his childhood that he shared, and the memories that we all hold dear.

Please join us in celebrating Ray’s life on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Leduc Fellowship Church, 4401 Rollyview Road, Leduc, AB.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cross Cancer Institute, Edmonton, AB or STARS Ambulance.
