FEHR, Alison Margaret (nee Digby)

It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden but peaceful death of Alison Fehr on September 29, 2022, at the age of 69.

Alison had 3 children, and in 2004 she obtained her Health Care Aide certification from Nightingale Academy. She worked at Shepherd’s Care Millwoods for 17 years, retiring in 2021, and she served as the union chair for AUPE Local 47, Chapter 18.

Alison is survived by her husband of 40 years, Albert Fehr; children Jennifer Fehr (Dave Sutherland), Michelle Grams (Greg), Jeffrey Fehr (Nicole), and granddaughter Violet Grams. She was predeceased by her parents Alan and June Digby, and brother Kelvin Digby.

A memorial will be held at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made in Alison’s name to Arthritis Society Canada.
