“What though the radiance
which was once so bright
Be now for ever taken from my sight,
though nothing can bring back the hour
Of spender in the grass,
Of glory in the flower,
We will grieve not, rather find
Strength in what remains behind;
In the primal sympathy
Which having been mush ever be;
In the soothing thoughts that spring
out of human suffering;
In the faith that looks though death,
In years that bring the philosophic mind.”
Splendour in the Grass by William Wordsworth

I am so sorry to hear of Elsie’s passing. I worked many a busy Saturday with her and the lovely Londonderry staff. She always made me laugh and even though I was not permanent staff she always made me feel welcome. Such a lovely person. My thoughts are with you. Ilona Osinchuk
