Elizabeth Walczak


Elizabeth went to her eternal home on November 18, 2018 to be with her precious Lord and Savior and with all her loved ones who have gone before her.

Elizabeth is survived by her children Eduard (Christel) Becker, Christine (Al) Opgenorth, Kristian Walczak, Maverick (Nicole) Walzcak, Wally Walczak; her grandchildren George (Donna)
Beker, Jeanie (Arnold) Bethune, Edward (Donna) Beker, Sabine Becker (Wilfried Haupt), Frank (Maryna) Becker, Betty (Darrell) Tanton, Craig Walczak, Barrett Walczak (Crisan Lastimosa),
Diana Opgenorth (Jeff Garner), David Opgenorth (Sara McAulay), Amy (Warren) McKay, Kayla (Steve) Thompson, Robin (Jordan) Schmidt, Krista Walczak, as well as many loving great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law Viktoria Beker and numerous nieces and nephews.

Elizabeth was predeceased by her parents Emelia and Martin Kutzner, her first husband Gustav Becker, an infant daughter,
her brother Leon Kutzner, her son Arthur Beker, her sister Olga Steuer, her second husband Stefan Walczak, her sister Martha Walters, her sister Wanda Walters, her brother Friedrich Kutzner and her son Otto Becker.

Elizabeth was a hard working woman, with a gracious spirit who cared deeply for her family and friends. Her strong hugs will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, November 25, 2018 from 7pm – 9pm at Serenity Funeral Service, 5311-91 Street, Edmonton, AB.

A Celebration of Elizabeth’s Life will be held Monday, November 26, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Southside Pentecostal Assembly, 2821-109 Street, Edmonton, AB.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Southside Pentecostal Assembly.
