My thought and prayers are with his family. My heart shattered when I heard the news of his passing. Dwight was such a great man and I feel honoured the 2 years I got to work with him at RSS.

He always came to the front and we would have talks about life. He would tell me about his family, his stories of fishing… I used to call him my “friend from the sea” I felt wrong saying this is my “newfie” friend… He laughed so hard at me that day. In my defense I didnt want to come off rude so that’s what came out my mouth at the time.

From that day forward he became my friend from the sea.

Dwight could always make me laugh, or no matter if I was having a bad day he always had away to make me smile.

He had a big heart. When my son started working for RSS Dwight told me he was going to take him under his wing and teach him what he knew.
That he did.

My boy is still there today.

Dwight made a difference in our life and was an incredible man.

I will miss that father figure, have your back, true friend.

The world got a little quieter without him.

Much love to all of you.
My heart is with you all.
