Couturier, Dawnalyn

-

On Wednesday April 29, 2020 Dawnalyn Couturier, loving wife and mother of four children passed away at the age of 66. Dawnalyn was predeceased by her son Cody, her father Melvin and mother Margaret, brothers Glen and Wayne, sister Elly. She is survived by her husband Keith, three children Troy and wife Gloria, Tineta and Saen, as well as sisters Jeannie, Sandy and Charlene, brothers Barry and Ronnie, several grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Dawnalyn and Keith met in 1974 and lived most of their lives in Drayton Valley raising their four children. During Dawnalyn and Keith’s journey they created a beautiful life and had accomplishments such as Drayton’s Pride Car Wash and Couturier Oilfield Anchors. Through that time, they met amazing people along the way. Maybe might have even seen her getting into trouble along with Keith at either Ceasars, Westwinds and of course the old hotel amongst great girlfriends like Claudette Winder, Maryanne Kelepouris, Corrine Clapp, Beatrice Lynchbury, Kerry Turner, Sally Gascon to name a few and of course the men! The type of woman people loved being around filled with laughter!

Dawnalyn was a wonderful woman that always did everything to make people feel welcome, safe, warm and accepted. She was a beautiful, amazing, kind, caring and vivacious woman. Who will be greatly missed.

Due to the current events we are not able to have a Celebration of Life at this time but hopefully in the near future.

Our family would like to thank everyone that reached out to us on Facebook with their condolences!
