David Michael Kenakin

It is with heavy, heavy hearts we announce the passing of our son, David Michael Kenakin, on February 14, 2019. David was very creative and approached everything with passion. He loved art, playing the piano, plants, linguistics, and international cuisine. He lost the battle with his demons at the age of 24. He will be sorely missed.

He is survived by his parents Brian and Kelly Kenakin, siblings Peter Kenakin, Deborah Kenakin, Philip Kenakin, and Aunt Karen Hatch (John).

The stars are not wanted now: put out every one;
Pack up the moon and dismantle the sun;
Pour away the ocean and sweep up the wood;
For nothing now can ever come to any good.
—W.H. Auden.

You are remembered by your friends and family. I’ll always remember our time at Parkview fondly, especially lunchtimes at The Pit.

Rest in Peace David.
